To spend three weeks working-inwards, expanding your self-awareness? To move your body intuitively and flow with the cycles of nature? Are you ready to change your life and let that change trickle onto those around you?

We are very excited to host a free INFORMATIVE TALK on Thursday April 18 at 6:30 pm (CET) to share our hearts, information and creation for the 200h UNIVERSAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING taking place from the 28th of September to the 19th of October 2024 at the beautiful Tara Nature Retreat in Italy (Todi).

Whether you are called to become a yoga teacher, looking to deepen and enrich your current spiritual path, feeling lost or out of balance, or looking for an immersion to empower and reconnect to yourself, this will be a powerful healing journey for all! You will receive the tools and training to create a regular intuitive Yoga practice for yourself, and if you feel called, to share this with others in classes and retreats. Sharing a style of yoga that is universal to all.
